Air Fryer Muffuletta Pizza Rolls
Inspired by the New Orleans Muffuletta Sandwich, these Air Fryer Muffuletta Pizza Rolls get wonderfully golden in the air fryer. Stuffed with salty cured meats, melty cheese, and olive salad they’re fun to make and absolutely loaded with flavor in every bite.

What You’ll Love About This Recipe
- Packed with flavor. The olive salad, Italian seasoning and a variety of meats really pack the flavor in these pizza rolls.
- Customizable. You can switch up the filling to suit your tastes. Don’t love olive salad? Try using roasted red peppers and sliced red onion. The meats and cheese can be changed up too.
- Wonderfully crispy. The air fryer gets the pizza dough wonderfully golden and crispy in a short amount of time.
- Short cooking time. These pizza rolls take just 8 to 12 minutes to air fry.

How To Serve Air Fryer Muffuletta Pizza Rolls
These pizza rolls are perfect for gameday and they also make a great lunch served with a side salad. I also love them for a Mardi Gras party.
Ingredient Notes
- Olive Salad– you can use either a homemade olive salad or a store-bought olive salad.
- Pizza Dough– It’s easiest to use the refrigerated pizza dough that comes in a can like Pillsbury Pizza Dough. All you have to do is unroll it. Or you can use a ball of pizza dough and roll it into a rectangle.
- Deli Meats– I use ham, salami, and mortadella. You can leave one out and just use more of the other two.
- Cheese– This recipe calls for pepper jack cheese, but you could use Provolone or Mozzarella instead.

Air fryer cooking times may vary so check early.
Be sure to spray the air fryer basket well with oil or use a parchment paper liner.
Crescent dough can be sued instead of pizza dough.
