Air Fryer Sausage Crescent Bundles
Air Fryer Sausage Crescent Bundles are a deliciously easy appetizer or brunch addition. These bite-sized treats consist of ground breakfast sausage, cream cheese, and pepper jelly all wrapped in a buttery piece of crescent dough.

Ingredients
Only 4 ingredients needed to make these delicious bite-sized treats.
- Breakfast Sausage– use Hot breakfast sausage if you want these crescent bundles to have some heat.
- Crescent Dough or a Crescent Sheet– a crescent sheet is better. If you use crescent dough, you will have to press on the perforations to seal them.
- Cream Cheese– adds a little creamy goodness for the filling. You will just need a sliver for each one.
- Red Pepper Jelly– adds a little sweetness and spiciness. You can use green pepper jelly instead and mango chutney or strawberry preserves would also work well.

How To Make Air Fryer Sausage Crescent Bundles
- Cook the sausage. Brown and crumble the sausage in a nonstick skillet and then let cool.
- Prepare dough. Unroll crescent dough. If not using a crescent sheet, press on the perforations to seal. Use a pizza wheel or knife to cut 4 rows on the short end and 5 rows on the long end so that you get 20 roughly equal pieces of dough.
- Assemble. Place a small amount of sausage on each crescent piece. Top with a small sliver of cream cheese, and small dollop of red pepper jelly. Pull the corners of the crescent dough up and over the filling, pressing to seal.
- Air fry. Preheat air fryer to 330. Spray basket with oil and air fry in batches for 5 to 7 minutes.

Recipe Tips
- Do not crowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches.
- Use air fryer cook time as an estimate. Different brands and models cook at different rates
- To make this recipe spicier, use “Hot” breakfast sausage.

Storage
Best eaten shortly after they are made but they will keep for 3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat in air fryer before serving.
