Recipe Tips
- Check for doneness a little early. Insert a toothpick in the center. If it comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached, the brownies are ready. Keep in mind that the brownies will continue to cook for a little while after you remove them from the air fryer.
- For a really fudgy texture, undercook it a little. For a more cakey texture, cook it a little longer.

- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- ¼ cup butter, melted (let cool)
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
- vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a small bowl whisk together melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Stir wet ingredients into dry and add mini chocolate chips.
- Transfer batter to a greased 6-inch pan.Air fry at 350 degrees for 10 to 14 minutes.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
