Quick and Easy Recipe

Only about 10 minutes of prep time and then 10 to 14 minutes of air frying time are needed for this recipe.

How To Serve

I love to serve these brownies warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. You can also add a few sliced strawberries or raspberries.

What I Love About Air Fryer Brownies

  • Quick and Convenient– these brownies cook in a fraction of the time it takes to cook brownies in the oven.
  • No Need To Preheat The Air Fryer. Air fryers heat up almost instantly so there is no need to preheat the air fryer for this recipe unless your air fryer requires preheating.
  • Great for smaller sizes. Since a large pan of brownies won’t fit in the air fryer, air fryer brownies are great for when you just want dessert for 1 or 2 people. No waste! And no over-eating!
  • Energy Efficient– Air fryers use less energy than a full-sized oven.
  • Perfect texture. Because so much heat comes from on top, the top layer of the brownies gets wonderfully crispy without the inside over-cooking.

Size Of Pan To Use

You will need a 6-inch cake pan for this recipe. They are very inexpensive online. You can also use this pan to make a crustless quiche and dips in the air fryer.

Recipe Tips

  • Check for doneness a little early. Insert a toothpick in the center. If it comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached, the brownies are ready. Keep in mind that the brownies will continue to cook for a little while after you remove them from the air fryer.
  • For a really fudgy texture, undercook it a little. For a more cakey texture, cook it a little longer.
