Air Fryer Brownies- brownies made in the air fryer cook up super fast, develop a crispy exterior and stay wonderfully fudgy and moist on the inside. Great for when you want a small-batch dessert. This recipe makes about 3 servings.

Materials

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup butter, melted (let cool)
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  • vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a small bowl whisk together melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir wet ingredients into dry and add mini chocolate chips.
  • Transfer batter to a greased 6-inch pan.
    Air fry at 350 degrees for 10 to 14 minutes.
  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

Notes

These are super sweet brownies. Add a little less than 1/2 cup of sugar if you don't like extra sweet treats.
