Air Fryer Salmon Bites
Air Fryer Salmon Bites are marinated in a spicy honey and soy-based marinade and they only take 6 minutes to air fry. The salmon pieces get wonderfully crispy on the outside.

How To Serve Air Fryer Salmon Bites
They make a deliciously healthy meal served on white rice, brown rice, or cauliflower rice. Also delicious over quinoa.
As an option you can add some veggies to the marinade and air fry them for 5 minutes right after you air fry the salmon. I like to use broccoli and zucchini.

How To Make
- Marinate the salmon. Cut salmon into 1-inch pieces. Stir together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, rice wine vinegar, garlic, and pepper. Place salmon in marinade for 30 minutes. You can do this at room temperature. If you marinate for longer than 30 minutes, do it in the refrigerator.
- Preheat air fryer to 380.
- Air Fry Salmon. Spray basket with oil and add salmon. Air fry for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Cook Vegetables. Add vegetables to the marinade while the salmon cooks. Remove them with a slotted spoon and place in air fryer basket. Air fry 5 to 6 minutes.
- Thicken marinade to make a glaze. Place marinade in a small saucepan. Add a mixture of cornstarch and water and boil until thickened. If it gets too thick, thin with some water.
- Serve. Drizzle marinade over salmon and veggies and serve.

To Remove The Skin Or Not
You can remove the skin before cooking if you eat salmon without the skin. Or you can leave it on. It will get wonderfully crispy in the air fryer.
Air fryer Cooking Times Vary
Different brands and models of air fryers can cook at very different rates so use the air fryer cooking time as an estimate. Salmon cooks very quickly and you don’t want to overcook it.
Recipe Tips
- Make sure you do not crowd the air fryer basket. Work in batches if necessary.
- If you need to watch your sodium, you can use low-sodium soy sauce.
How To Serve
Serve over white rice, brown rice, cauliflower rice, or quinoa. Some sliced avocado or edamame is a nice addition, as is some Sriracha sauce, chili garlic sauce, or pickled ginger. Can serve with some Yum Yum Sauce as a dipping sauce.
Storage
Leftovers will keep for 3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat in a 325 degree oven or air fryer.
