Ingredients Needed For Air Fryer Lemon Rosemary Chicken
- Olive Oil
- Garlic
- Garlic Powder
- Lemon Juice
- Paprika
- Sugar– just a touch of sugar makes these chicken thighs taste so good.
- Pepper
- Fresh Rosemary– you can use dried in a pinch but it won’t be as flavorful.
- Lemon Zest
- Boneless, skinless chicken thighs

How To Make
- Marinate. Combine first 9 ingredients in a ziptop bag. Add chicken and marinate 30 minutes to 8 hours.
- Air Fry. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Add chicken and air fry 14 to 18 minutes.
How Long To Air Fryer Chicken Thighs
Different air fryers cook at different rates so use the air frying time as an estimate. Chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Since chicken thighs have plenty of fat, you can safely cook them past 165 degrees without drying them out. An instant-read thermometer is useful for determining when they are done.

Variations and Substitutions
- Use honey in place of sugar.
- Make it spicy. Add a little cayenne pepper to the marinade.
- Use chopped fresh dill or oregano in place of rosemary.
- Chicken breasts can be used in place of chicken thighs.
- You can use bone-in chicken thighs with chicken but they will need a little longer to cook.
Storage
