Equipment

Materials

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 4 to 5 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • salt
  • Chopped fresh parsley optional

Instructions

  • Combine first 9 ingredients in a large ziptop bag.
  • Add chicken, seal bag and massage mixture into chicken.
  • Marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees for a few minutes.
    Season the chicken to taste with salt.
  • Add chicken and air fry 14 to 18 minutes. You can flip them over halfway through but it is not necessary.
  • Sprinkle with parsley if desired and serve.
