- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 4 to 5 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- salt
- Chopped fresh parsley optional
Combine first 9 ingredients in a large ziptop bag.
Add chicken, seal bag and massage mixture into chicken.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees for a few minutes.Season the chicken to taste with salt. Add chicken and air fry 14 to 18 minutes. You can flip them over halfway through but it is not necessary.
Sprinkle with parsley if desired and serve.
