Air Fryer Salmon Bites are marinated in a spicy honey and soy-based marinade and they only take 6 minutes to air fry. The salmon pieces get wonderfully crispy on the outside.

Materials

  • 1 pound salmon
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced or grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • cups chopped vegetables (broccoli and zucchini)
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cold water

Instructions

  • Cut the salmon into 1-inch pieces.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, rice wine vinegar, garlic, and pepper.
  • Add salmon and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees.
    Spray air fryer basket with oil. Remove salmon from marinade with a slotted spoon and add to air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • While salmon is air frying, add veggies to marinade.
  • When salmon is done, transfer to a plate or bowl.
    Remove veggies from marinade with a slotted spoon and place in air fryer basket. Air fry at 380 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Pour the remaining marinade into a small saucepan.
    In a small bowl, stir together cornstarch and water. Pour into saucepan.
    Bring to a simmer for a few minutes to thicken.
  • Pour glaze over salmon and serve with veggies.
