Air Fryer Salmon Bites
Air Fryer Salmon Bites are marinated in a spicy honey and soy-based marinade and they only take 6 minutes to air fry. The salmon pieces get wonderfully crispy on the outside.

- 1 pound salmon
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced or grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1½ cups chopped vegetables (broccoli and zucchini)
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon cold water
Cut the salmon into 1-inch pieces.
In a medium bowl, stir together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, rice wine vinegar, garlic, and pepper.
Add salmon and marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees. Spray air fryer basket with oil. Remove salmon from marinade with a slotted spoon and add to air fryer basket. Air fry for 5 to 6 minutes.
While salmon is air frying, add veggies to marinade.
When salmon is done, transfer to a plate or bowl. Remove veggies from marinade with a slotted spoon and place in air fryer basket. Air fry at 380 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes. Pour the remaining marinade into a small saucepan.In a small bowl, stir together cornstarch and water. Pour into saucepan.Bring to a simmer for a few minutes to thicken. Pour glaze over salmon and serve with veggies.
