Air Fryer Roasted Vegetable Frittata
Air Fryer Roasted Vegetable Frittata- this deliciously healthy frittata is made with goat cheese, zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms, and onion.

What I Love About Air Fryer Frittatas
- Frittatas made in the air fryer are super easy to customize. I’ve used zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms. and onion but you can use any veggies you like. Instead of goat cheese, you can use feta cheese or Parmesan cheese.
- Great for small servings. This frittata serves 2 to 3 people so it works well for small families or people who just cook for themselves.
- Wonderful texture. The high heat on top turns browns the top of the frittata but the inside stays wonderfully moist.
- Quick and Easy. Once the veggies are roasted, it only takes 10 to 14 minutes to air fry.
