Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie
Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie- this warm, gooey chocolate chip cookie cooks up so crispy on the outside and wonderfully gooey in the middle. Such a magical combination.

A combination of granulated sugar and brown sugar gives it a rich flavor.
How To Serve Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie
This cookie is best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. You can even add a drizzle of hot fudge sauce.

What Size Pan To Use?
You will need a 7-inch metal pan for this recipe which should fit in any size air fryer basket. This is the one that I use.

Cook At A Low Temperature
Cookies should be air fried at a lower temperature than they are baked. I use 320 degrees. Because so much heat comes from the top, the lower heat ensures the cookies cook through before the tops burn.

Air Fryer Cooking Times Vary
Use the air frying time as an estimate. Different brands and models of air fryers cook at different rates. It will take approximately 10 to 12 minutes. Keep in mind that the cookie will continue to cook and firm up after you remove it from the air fryer. The center should still be a little soft and the edges should be golden brown.

Recipe Tips
- Use either semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips. You could even use dark chocolate chips.
- Let the cookie cool for 5 minutes before you slice it or remove it from the pan.
Storage
Leftovers will keep in an airtight container at room temperature for 4 days. You can warm them briefly in the air fryer.
