Air fryer desserts are perfect for when you are short on time or only want a small batch. This recipe makes 2 to 3 servings depending on the size of your ramekins.

- 6-ounce or 8-ounce Ramekins

How to Make Air fryer Blueberry Crisp
- Prepare the filling. Stir together blueberries, flour, lemon juice, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Divide mixture evenly between either 2 8-ounce ramekins or 3 6-ounce ramekins.
- Prepare Topping. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter in a bowl. Use your fingers to mix the butter in.
- Assemble. Air fry at 360 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. The top should be golden brown and the filling should be bubbling.
- Serve topped with vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream.

Recipe Tips
- This recipe can easily be doubled.
- You can use fresh blueberries instead of frozen.
- I don’t preheat my air fryer, but if your air fryer requires preheating, go ahead and do it.
- Let crisps cool 5 minutes before serving. The filling will thicken up some as it cools.
- Use gluten-free flour to make them gluten-free.
Storage
Leftovers will keep for 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator. Reheat at 325 degrees for 4 to 5 minutes.

- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Topping
- ⅓ cup old-fashioned oats
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons cold butter, cut in slivers
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Instructions
- Spray ramekins with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl stir together blueberries, flour, lemon juice, sugar, vanilla extract and salt.
- Divide mixture evenly between ramekins.
- Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter in a bowl. Use you fingers to mix the butter in well.Sprinkle mixture over the blueberries.
- Place ramekins in air fryer basket and air fry at 360 for 10 to 12 minutes.
