Parmesan Crusted Cauliflower Steaks
Parmesan Crusted Cauliflower Steaks are so good cooked in the air fryer. They are a wonderfully healthy main dish or side dish.

- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Panko breadcrumbs
- chopped fresh parsley
Cut the cauliflower into 2 equal halves. Then cut a 1-inch slice off the thick side of each piece.Save the rest of the cauliflower for another use. Brush both sides of cauliflower steaks with oil and season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Note: A little dried thyme goes a long way, but season to taste.
Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees. Spray air fryer basket with oil and add the cauliflower steaks. Air fry for 5 minutes. Flip over and air fry for 3 to 4 minutes.While cauliflower is air frying, combine Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a small bowl. Top cauliflower with the Parmesan mixture and air fry another 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
