Air Fryer Turmeric Cauliflower
This Easy Air Fryer Turmeric Cauliflower is crispy on the outside and bold in flavor. The turmeric gives it a golden color and it makes a nourishing side dish for any meal.

- 1 medium to large head cauliflower
- ¾ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- pinch of cayenne pepper optional
- 3 tablespoons Avocado oil or olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt optional
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro of parsley optional
Wash the cauliflower and dry it.Cut into small florets. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower with the oil and spices. Mix to evenly coat.
Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.
Add cauliflower. Note: Do not crowd the air fryer basket. It should be in a single layer with some space between the florets. Work in batches if necessary.
Air fry for 8 to 12 minutes depending on your air fryer and how soft you want the cauliflower. Shake the basket halfway through the cooking time.
Thin Greek yogurt with a little water or milk. Drizzle over cauliflower. Sprinkle with cilantro or parsley and serve.
