This Easy Air Fryer Turmeric Cauliflower is crispy on the outside and bold in flavor. The turmeric gives it a golden color and it makes a nourishing side dish for any meal.

Equipment

Materials

  • 1 medium to large head cauliflower
  • ¾ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • pinch of cayenne pepper optional
  • 3 tablespoons Avocado oil or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt optional
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro of parsley optional

Instructions

  • Wash the cauliflower and dry it.
    Cut into small florets.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower with the oil and spices. Mix to evenly coat.
  • Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.
  • Add cauliflower. Note: Do not crowd the air fryer basket. It should be in a single layer with some space between the florets. Work in batches if necessary.
  • Air fry for 8 to 12 minutes depending on your air fryer and how soft you want the cauliflower. Shake the basket halfway through the cooking time.
  • Thin Greek yogurt with a little water or milk.
    Drizzle over cauliflower.
  • Sprinkle with cilantro or parsley and serve.
