Air Fryer Summer Squash makes a quick and easy summer side dish. Wonderfully healthy and only takes about 12 minutes to air fry.

Materials
2mediumyellow squash
1tablespoonolive oil
salt and pepper to taste
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoondried basil or thyme
Instructions
Wash and dry squash.Cut the ends off and discard.Cut in half horizontally and then into half-moon shapes.
Place in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper and add garlic powder and basil.Stir until evenly seasoned.
Air fry at 400 ℉ for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through.Note: Do not crowd the air fryer basket. You want the squash in a single layer. If necessary, air fry in 2 batches.
Notes
I like my squash to be pretty soft. If you want it crisp-tender, shorten the air frying time.
