Air Fryer Spinach Feta Turkey Burgers- these juicy burgers are so easy to make in an air fryer. Top them with Tzatziki Sauce, cucumber slices, tomato, and baby spinach leaves and serve on a Brioche bun. Turkey burgers taste so much better with Mediterranean flavors.

- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and the water squeezed out
- ½ cup finely diced onion
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pound ground turkey 93% lean
Toppings
- 4 buns
- Tzatziki sauce
- sliced cucumber, sliced red onion, sliced tomatoes
- baby spinach leaves
In a large bowl, mix together the first 7 ingredients.
Add turkey and gently mix it in. Form mixture into 4 patties. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Place a parchment paper liner in the air fryer basket. Or you can spray the basket with oil.Place the 4 patties in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 360 degrees for 8 minutes. Flip over and air fry another 6 to 8 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
