8ouncesfrozen chopped spinach,thawed and squeezed dry
¼teaspoondried Italian seasoning
¼teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
¼teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Cut naan into triangles. Spray with cooking spray.Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.Place naan pieces in air fryer and air fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and ricotta until smooth.
Add half the fontina cheese, half the Parmesan cheese, the sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
Spray a 7-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Transfer spinach mixture to pan.
Air fry at 380 degrees for 5 minutes.Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and air fry another 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve with naan pieces.
Notes
Leftovers will keep for 3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They taste great mixed into an egg scramble.
