Materials
1poundsmall red potatoes
2earscorn,cut into thirds
12ouncesandouille or kielbasa sausage,cut into 2-inch pieces
1pound medium to large shrimp,peeled and deveined
1`½tablespoonolive oil
1½tablespoonmelted butter
1teaspoongarlic powder
2teaspoonsold bay seasoning
Lemon slices and chopped fresh parsley for serving,optional
Instructions
Place potatoes in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Simmer until just starting to get soft, about 10 minutes. Drain.
Place potatoes, sausage, and corn in air fryer basket.
Stir together olive oil, butter, garlic powder, and cajun seasoning in a small bowl. Drizzle half over the potatoes, sausage and corn.
Air fry at 375 degrees for 5 minutes.
Add shrimp and drizzle with remaining butter mixture. Air fry for 6 to 7 minutes at 400 degrees.
Serve with lemon slices and chopped fresh parsley.
Notes
You don't want to crowd the air fryer basket too much. Cook in batches if necessary.
