Air Fryer Sausage and Peppers

- 1 medium onion, roughly chopped
- 2 bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper
- 1 pound Polska Kielbasa, sliced
- chopped fresh parsley, optional
Place onion and peppers in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil. Use a spoon or your hands to get the onions and peppers evenly coated with olive oil.
Add Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder. Stir to mix in.Season lightly with salt and pepper. (The Cajun seasoning is most likely very salty.) Add sausage.
Spray air fryer basket with oil. Transfer the sausage/peppers mixture to the air fryer basket. If necessary, fry in batches. You don't want it piled up too high.
Air fry at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
