Air Fryer Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies
Air Fryer Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies have a wonderful soft texture with lots of mini chocolate chips. Their small size makes them perfect for snacking.
Place first 8 ingredients in a large bowl.Use a hand-held mixer to mix together.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Roll dough into 16 balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
Place a piece of parchment paper in air fryer basket. Place 5 or 6 dough balls on parchment paper. Flatten each one into a disk.
Air fry at 325 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes. Carefully lift the parchment paper out of the air fryer. Let the cookies cool on parchment paper for 10 minutes before touching them.
