- 2 to 2½ pounds chicken wings
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Butter Good Seasons Glaze
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon Good Seasons dressing mix
- 1 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Cut chicken wings into flappers and drummettes and discard the wing tips.
In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and cornstarch. Add wings and stir until evenly coated. Place wings in air fryer basket. Note: Do not crowd the air fryer basket. Air Fry in batches if necessary.Air Fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip over and air fry 8 more minutes. Meanwhile place butter, garlic, Good Seasons seasoning, and parsley in a small saucepan over medium heat and heat until butter is melted. Stir in Parmesan and remove from heat but keep warm.
When wings are done, place them in a large bowl and pour butter sauce over them. Serve .Note: You can air fry the wings for a few minutes after coating them in the butter mixture, but it is not necessary.
