Materials

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pound of white mushrooms, wiped clean and cut in half

Instructions

  • Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Add mushrooms and stir to coat the mushrooms evenly.
  • Air fry at 380 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes.
