Yield: 8

Materials

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 tube crescent roll dough

Glaze

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

  • Place cream cheese and sour cream in a medium bowl and use a hand-held electric mixer to beat until smooth.
  • Beat in sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
  • Remove crescent dough from the tube but do not unroll it. Cut into 8 slices.
Lay each piece flat and press on the middle to flatten, but leave the edges a little higher so you have a shallow bowl.
  • Fill the "bowl" of each one with cream cheese mixture.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil and place half of the danishes in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350 for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Repeat with remaining danishes.
  • In a small bowl whisk together powdered sugar and heavy cream.
Let them cool some and then drizzle with glaze. Serve.
