Materials

  • 1 to 2 apples, Red Delicious, Pink Lady, or Honeycrisp are great choices.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 300 degrees.
  • Thinly slice apples using a knife or a mandoline (about 1/8 inch thick). Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, turning them over every 5 minutes. If they start flying around in the air fryer, you can place a metal trivet on top of them. Be sure to use an oven mitt to lift it.
  • Lay Apple Chips out on a baking sheet to cool for 5 minutes.
    Store in an airtight container.
