- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 6 large eggs
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ¾ shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
Cut puff pastry into 6 rectangles. Brush top of puff pastry with egg.
Work in batches. I can only fit one in my air fryer basket at a time.Air fry at 380 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Flip over and press down on middle with the back of a spoon to make a pocket. Crack an egg into each pocket. Air fry at 360 for 5 to 6 minutes.
Sprinkle with bacon, cheese and green onion and air fry for about 30 seconds to melt the cheese.
Repeat with remaining puff pastry rectangles.
