Filling
- 2ΒΌ cups diced Granny Smith apple,
- 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- pinch of salt
Topping

cup old-fashioned oats
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons cold butter cut into small pieces
- vanilla ice cream for serving
Stir together all filling ingredients in a small bowl.
Spray 4 ramekins with cooking spray.Divide apple mixture evenly between ramekins. Cover each ramekin with foil and place in air fryer basket.Air fry at 350 degrees for 9 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile make the topping. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar and pinch of salt in a medium bowl. Add butter and cut it in.
Remove foil from ramekins and sprinkle topping on each one.Air fry for 5 to 7 minutes at 350. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
I remove the skin from the apple before dicing.
I use 4-ounce ramekins for this recipe. If you use larger ramekins, it may take a little longer to cook.
