Air Fryer Lemon Butter Broccoli is air-fried until crisp tender and then drizzled with a lemon butter sauce. Truly one of the tastiest sides and can be made in just 15 minutes.

Equipment

Materials

  • 2 broccoli crowns
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Cut broccoli into florets. Place in bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Use your hands to really make sure all the broccoli is coated with oil.
  • Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees for a few minutes.
    Add broccoli and air fry for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, stir together melted butter, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  • When broccoli is done, drizzle with lemon butter and serve.

Notes

Don't cut the pieces too small. I find broccoli air fries a little better if the pieces are a little bigger.
