Air Fryer Baklava Bites- these bite-sized treats are filled with nuts and honey and flavored with cinnamon and cloves. All the flavor of baklava but so much easier to make!

Equipment

Materials

  • heaping cup walnuts
  • cup pistachios
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon ground cloves
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 15 mini phyllo shells

Instructions

  • Finely chop the walnuts and pistachios. Place in a medium bowl.
    Add cinnamon, cloves and salt.
  • In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, honey, and lemon juice.
  • Add butter mixture to nut mixture and stir to combine.
  • Divide mixture evenly between the phyllo shells.
  • Air fry at 350 degrees for 4 minutes.
  • If desired, drizzle a little more honey on top of each one. Serve.

Notes

Close air fryer basket slowly so they don't tip over.
